Grace Gala 2018

Help support the Grace Centre of Newborn Care and Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation .

Last year, Grace Gala was the largest and most successful in its 10-year history, raising over $750,000 for the Grace Centre of Newborn Care and Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation for The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

With these funds we purchased a new state of the art ventilator, one open care incubator bed, four intensive care monitors and equipment to upgrade five mobile intensive care bed units for The Grace Centre, dedicated to the intensive care of critically ill babies.

In addition to this, funds will also support vital research, a nursing fellowship and the Grace Centre and Cerebral palsy Alliance Research Foundation Research Scholarship, to fund ground-breaking research projects at the cutting edge of disability prevention and early childhood care.  Money raised will also be used to conduct a trial of therapy assistants to shorten waiting times for therapy.
