Alana de Kort

By Jacqui, Paul and Jake de Kort

In memory of our beautiful Alana

In memory of our daughter, Alana de Kort, we are fundraising for the Cancer Centre for Children at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

Alana was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma, a type of cancer, in October 2017. Over nine months, our daughter endured 15 rounds of chemotherapy, 16 rounds of radiotherapy, and also attended several physiotherapy sessions throughout her hospital journey.

Sadly in July 2018, Alana lost her battle with cancer and as you can imagine, we were truly devastated. She was known for her funny, bubbly, cheeky and genuine personality and we miss her every day.

As a family we are passionate about raising awareness of childhood cancer and believe spreading awareness will lead to greater support for research.

Please support us as we aim to fundraise money for the Cancer Centre for Children so we can one day find a cure!

Much love,
The de Kort Family.

Thank you to my Supporters
