Shave and Colour 2020

Shave and Colour 2020

On Tuesday, 17 March 2020, Narrabeen North Public School is
again taking part in our annual SHAVE AND COLOUR EVENT to raise money
specifically to assist children who are battling cancer in Westmead Children’s
Hospital Oncology Ward. This will be our 17th consecutive year supporting this

From 2004-2007 our
school community was inspired by the incredible courage, constant smile and
cheerful spirit of a delightful little student, Jasmin Holliday, who tragically
lost her four-and-a-half-year battle with Ewing’s Sarcoma (bone cancer) in June
2007. Westmead Children’s Oncology Ward provided great support to Jasmin, her
family and their friends throughout her long ordeal.

Even as a little
Kindergartener, Jasmin was determined to help raise money “to help all the sick
kids” that she’d met at Westmead Children’s Hospital. It is in her honour, and
to show our ongoing support for her wonderful family that we are raising money
for this worthy cause.

Thank you to my Supporters
